A health coach is a supportive ally that can assist you to determine and meet your wellness goals with small, measurable changes to find the best version of yourself. My health coaching practice helps you write your “Owner’s Manual” through our sessions which allows us to learn how to best care for our body and mind. Together we take a whole body, holistic approach to health and well-being, which is not just about the food on your plate, but also how you nourish yourself through other areas of your life, such as your relationships, career, physical activity, and spirituality.

Wellness Warrior Level 1:
- This level of support is for a client who has an idea of their goals and would like extra support on how to get there.
- Two hourly sessions each month for 3 months discussing your health and wellness goals via zoom or face to face.
- After the first 2 meetings, we may use our time to go to the grocery store, pantry edit, private yoga sessions or meditations depending on your health and wellness goals.
- This level of support includes a follow up email after each session with a summary of your wellness goals and personalized measurable actions.
- Free access to any group offerings Tessa is leading such as wellness groups or yoga workshops.
- After the 6 meetings over 3 months, we will determine the need for an additional 3 months of sessions at either twice a month or once a month to ensure your wellness goals are supported and offer accountability. This prolonged approach also allows you to manage different seasons, living situations, career changes and all that life brings!
Wellness Warrior Level 2:
- This level of support is for a client who is not sure of their goals, perhaps has some health challenges and would like more structure and support from their coach.
- Two hourly sessions each month for 3 months discussing your health and wellness goals via zoom or face to face.
- Weekly communications with Tessa to answer questions that may arise in between meetings.
- Two recorded meditations a month, personalized to your goals and current life challenges, these will be sent the weeks we do not have set coaching calls.
- Personalized journal pages each month to reflect current state of mind.
- After the first 2 meetings, we may use our time to go to the grocery store, pantry edit, private yoga sessions or meditations depending on your health and wellness goals.

Teen Wellness Warrior:
Teens and young adults need some guidance as well. Often teens are not eating their best plates of food or are dabbling in vegetarianism. This is why I offer a trimmed down version of my coaching services in a 2 month program, meeting 4 times for 30 minutes.
Discussions may include how to manage social media, movement, nourishment, meditation and journaling.

Corporate Wellness Warrior:
Wellness trends in 2021 indicate that corporations are implementing a variety of wellness trends. I offer the following corporate coaching services:
